Our student athlete class is designed for middle-school-aged students who are looking to start up a fitness routine or improve their athletic abilities. Our instructors will coach your young athlete on proper body weight movement patterns including: push-ups, squats, lunges, speed, agility, stability, and plyometrics. Our goal is to provide a 50-minute class to work on functional movement while allowing your kids to have some fun! They will learn how to use TRX bands, battle ropes, BOSU balls, resistance bands, and how to properly stretch.
