Biography:
Fitness has been a part of my life since a very young age. I grew up playing multiple sports and continued my passion for soccer in College. I experienced first hand how weight training and plyometric training transformed me. It gave me confidence and it shaped me into a better athlete. Ever since then I’ve only wanted to inspire and help people become a betterĀ vision of themselves. There is nothing more rewarding than helping others and seeing them achieve greatness.
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1998. Since starting at The FitCorps (now Elevate Strength and Fitness) in 2014 I truly believe that our members are the true driving force behind what makes our gym so great! I love working with all ages and fitness levels, creating trust and friendships with our members. My goal is to make your one hour at the gym the best hour of your day!
When I am not in the gym, you will find me being active with my family and friends, hiking, snowboarding, running, watching sports, and enjoying life to the fullest!
