Kettlebell, Core, and Recovery is a full body workout that ends with a focus on mobility and flexibility. Kettlebell training is very versatile and is different from dumbbell training due to the kettlebell’s structure. Kettlebells are effective in improving strength, endurance, stability, and overall athleticism. Your instructor will teach you the proper form for the exercises so that you gain confidence with each kettlebell movement. You’ll also get an awesome core workout throughout the class. To finish up your session, your instructor will lead you through a cooldown to increase your mobility and overall flexibility.
