Our Benchmark class is made up of functional and power movements focused on building strength and improving conditioning levels. The exercises we program for class are built around movement styles you perform in your everyday life, like squatting, hinging, pulling and pushing with an emphasis on varying loads, reps and recovery times that help our members develop high levels of power. You will use many different forms of equipment including barbells, kettlebells, rowers, medicine balls, plyometric boxes and more.
