Circuit Training

Our circuit training class keeps your heart rate up and muscles working from the warm-up through the final whistle of class! Through this high intensity interval training, your goal is to give all-out-effort in an exercise during a prescribed amount of time. Our instructors keep this class fresh by using different modalities of training: TRX bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, core work, and plenty of sneaky cardio. Circuit training can be intense, but can be adapted to any individual which makes it a great class for everyone.
