Core Cardio is as simple as it sounds: core work and cardio work! This class uses 7-9 different cardio modalities including the rower, air bike, skier, stairs, and kickboxing. Each cardio exercise is followed by an abdominal focused exercise before rotating to a different cardio station. Core Cardio is interval based so you can make the workout as challenging as you would like. Sweat it out to great music, fun disco lights, and plenty of cardio and ab work!
