Biography:
Hanna has always loved athletics, skiing, cycling, paddle boarding, along with competitive soccer being her focus in her youth. After being introduced to CrossFit 13 years ago she fell in love with weight training. Hanna’s dream of being a fitness coach became a reality this year when she received her National Academy of Sports Medicine certification. Her philosophy in training is building strength to achieve functional fitness with a strong foundation in balance and stabilization while building strength and power. Hanna provides a great balance of support while challenging you to help meet your goals.
