Biography:
I have been an athlete my entire life—first as a thrower in high school and college, then as a dedicated runner in adulthood, and now as a powerlifter and youth coach. I love staying active and helping others to do the same. I thrive on the challenge of physical adaptation and love transforming my body. Observing the effects of aging on so many has deepened my passion for building strength today, ensuring a healthy, functional future.
Alongside my athletic journey, I spent many years as a finance leader in the corporate space after graduating from Linfield College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. While crunching numbers for businesses eventually felt unfulfilling, it was during this time that I discovered my true passion: connecting with people. Leading diverse teams across various industries honed my ability to motivate and energize others, empowering them to drive change and achieve ambitious goals. I have a proven track record in developing and implementing long-term plans, tracking results, and training individuals from all backgrounds. Whatever my client’s goals, I’m always excited to help them not only achieve but surpass their own expectations.
